Customer Services or Customer Care (because we really do care) are here to ensure we make the customer purchase journey with Pure Electric as smooth as possible.
In CS our ethos is ‘without customers we don’t have a business’, therefore feel the customer is the most important part of our business.
We cover six languages so no matter where our customers are from we have pretty much got it covered. No matter how they want to engage with us, be it Email, Phone, Livechat or Social Media we support them and ensure all of their needs are taken care of. We are a fun-loving bunch from a wide variety of backgrounds with one thing in common…no matter what, keep smiling!

In Customer Services we will pull together and showcase our strong teamwork by participating in regular out of work activities and charity events, such as beach & harbour cleans, tree planting and charity races. We want to help raise awareness and encourage others to join us and have fun whilst working as a unit to do our bit to save the planet.
