Absolutely! If you believe that your experience and abilities match more than one vacancy, then we would encourage you to apply for any vacancy where you think there is a good fit. If you are thinking about applying for a job that you have previously applied for, but were unsuccessful, we would just ask that you consider how your experience has changed since you last applied, and how this now more closely matches the needs of the job.
-
If your application has been unsuccessful, we'll let you know, usually by email.
Given the volume of applications received, we're sorry to say that we can't commit to providing detailed feedback to everyone who applies for a job with us, however if you've been interviewed for a role, you will receive feedback by email whether you have been successful or not.

After you have submitted your application, a member of the Talent team or the Store Manager will review your details and if you match what we are looking for, you'll be invited to an initial interview.
The first stage will normally be a short call or video meeting with a member of our Talent team - here they will want to find out more about your experience and you in general.
If you are successful in getting to the second stage, then this will be with the Hiring Manager for the role - this will be where you really get into the technical details of the role. For store roles, this interview will take place at the Store. For HQ roles this may be in person in our office or a Microsoft Teams meeting. For some of our positions, we may ask you to undertake a task or assessment that helps see you apply the skills needed for the job.
The final stage of our process is a Culture interview which is usually with a member of the Talent team and will be focused around your motivations and behaviours- we love to know what makes you tick and how you will bring your passions to life at Pure!

For most of our roles, you will need to already have proof of right to work in the country you are applying in order to be considered.
For highly skilled roles, we may consider supporting visa applications however this will be on a case by case basis. Individual roles will highlight if this is an option we can explore.
