Pure is building one of the world’s most desirable premium electric scooter brands.

We are looking for someone who can make Pure culturally relevant, talked about and desirable - through ideas, creativity and execution rather than large budgets.

This is not a conventional marketing role. Some of the best people for this role may not come from traditional marketing backgrounds.

We are not looking for a corporate marketing manager or someone who relies on big agencies. We are looking for someone who can create things people notice, share and talk about.


WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT

- Making Pure culturally relevant, desirable and impossible to ignore

- Creating moments, collaborations and content that generate real attention

- Building a brand people want to be associated with - not just buy from

- Turning limited resources into outsized impact

- Creating momentum through creators, partnerships and social


WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Lead Pure’s presence across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms

- Create ideas, campaigns and content that earn attention and get shared

- Build relationships with creators, talent and cultural partners

- Personally capture, film, edit and publish high-quality social content, often in fast-moving environments where you may be the only person with access to creators, talent, partners or celebrities

- Develop collaborations and partnerships that increase desirability

- Launch moments, drops and initiatives that create attention and demand

- Work closely with product and leadership to shape how the brand shows up globally

- Test, learn and double down on what works


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A creator of ideas, not presentations

- A strong understanding of what makes content travel, resonate and get shared

- A track record of generating attention and engagement without relying on large budgets

- Hands-on execution combined with commercial awareness and pace

- Strong content creation skills, including filming and editing social-first content using a smartphone and lightweight editing tools

- The confidence to create compelling content independently, without production crews, agencies or external resources

- Excellent judgement and instinct for what feels premium, relevant and culturally interesting

- An understanding that brand building should ultimately drive demand and sales

- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led environment

- A focus on awareness without commercial impact

- Pure management without creation and execution

- The need for perfect conditions before taking action
