Head of Sales France & Iberia

PURE Electric is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales France & Iberia to lead our commercial growth, with a primary focus on building and developing the French market in the initial phase. Over time, the role will also expand its focus across Iberia, covering Spain and Portugal. 

PURE is a fast-growing international e-mobility brand focused on designing and developing high-quality electric scooters for modern urban mobility. Engineered in the UK, our products are built with a strong focus on design, reliability, rider experience and everyday usability. As we continue to expand our European footprint, France is a key strategic market for PURE, and we are looking for a strong sales leader who can help us establish and accelerate our presence. 

Reporting directly to the SVP Europe, this role will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for France, building strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, buying groups and strategic partners. The successful candidate will identify new commercial opportunities, manage senior-level negotiations and work closely with the wider European team to drive profitable growth. 

We are looking for someone with deep knowledge of the Consumer Electronics industry, a strong commercial network in France and a proven track record of delivering growth in a competitive retail environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong market understanding, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to turn strategy into execution. 

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing and leading the sales strategy for France, with Iberia becoming an additional area of responsibility over time 

  • Building and managing relationships with key retail partners, distributors, buying groups and relevant channel partners 

  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding PURE’s market presence 

  • Leading commercial negotiations and annual business planning 

  • Working closely with marketing, operations, product and leadership teams to ensure strong execution across the region 

  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to continuously improve our commercial approach 

  • Driving sales performance, revenue growth and long-term profitability 

 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • A strong background in Consumer Electronics and/or eMobility, ideally with established relationships across the French retail landscape 

  • A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in the Consumer Electronics industry, preferably in a senior sales or key account leadership role 

  • A strong commercial track record and experience managing major retail or distribution partners 

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills 

  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach 

  • Fluent French and English language skills; Spanish and/or Portuguese would be a strong advantage 

  • MBA preferred, but not essential where the candidate brings strong relevant industry experience and a proven track record
